We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the bustling markets and main square. We were actually surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms, courtyard, and terrace. The hotel facilities were great, and the personalized service, including airport pick-up and 24-hour availability, were very good our expectations. The breakfast served each morning was delicious, and the staff provided useful advice on things to do and see in this city.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of the bustling Medina. It is just a few minutes away from the main square and offers easy access to all the local attractions. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area, and even take guests on a little tour of the square, pointing out landmarks and providing valuable information.
It was mentioned in one of the reviews that paying the bill on departure can be a bit inconvenient, as it is not possible to use a bank card and it is better to have enough cash in hand.
